Overall, I'm happy with the process.
First they asked for $900, I decided to wait for just 4-5 day, the cost dropped to $800, so if you are not in a hurry, you can save at least 100 bucks.
The driver picked up promptly and delivered earlier than expected, which is good. The driver is also nice, nicer than the broker agent that I worked with.
Just one thing to be aware of is that although they say it is a door to door service, it is not always the case. It is a door to door service only if the shipping truck (which is a very big truck that carries 5-10 cars) is allowed drive there. In my case, my car was picked up at my house, but when delivering, I had to go to a public place to receive my car since the residential streets where I live are small. It's not very far from my house, so no problem for me at all.
So overall, no hassle and very smooth process at a good price. Would recommend and would use again.
