I called AmeriFreight literally a few hours before I needed to drop off my pickup truck to be shipped across the country and they were able to make it happen. I was expecting to have to wait before I would be able to get any kind of response, but Graham at AmeriFreight called me back no more than 10 minutes after our initial conversation. He had all the details and information I would need and was able to arrange for my truck to be dropped off immediately. I moved from North Carolina to Arizona after retiring from the military and AmeriFreight made the headache of shipping my vehicle completely stress free and easy. Throughout the entire process I stayed in contact with the same employee, Graham, and I knew I only needed to dial his number if I had any questions. My truck arrived exactly the same as when I had left it. Graham even remembered who I was when I called him to ask about the status of my truck, I didn't need to give him an order number or anything.
I would say that the most satisfying thing about doing business with AmeriFreight was the fact that during the entire process I was in constant communication with the same person and I never had to listen to a machine when I called. Graham always picked up the phone when I called, and always called back in a timely manner with the information that I had requested. In fact, I don't think I ever had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a response from him, even though my initial request was probably a bit complicated and I wasn't expecting the good news he gave me.
Bottom line is if I ever need to ship my vehicle again I will definitely contact AmeriFreight.
