My broker was Bob Turner at Amerifreight and since the moment I initiated talks until my vehicles were picked up, he provided me with excellent customer support with every question I had throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and responsive over email or phone and accommodated my requests and changes easily and fast.
Pricing and service were clear and fair. Pick up of my vehicles by Dependable Auto Service was on the day promised and within the time window scheduled. Also, the delivery was was 1 WEEK EARLIER than expected, which saved me a lot of money I would have used on rental cars. All the staff was friendly.
I recommend both Amerifreight and DAS for shipping vehicles. I will be using them again in the future.
