The reason for not giving you guys 5 stars is because there was a lot of confusion about both the pick-up and drop-off. If you remember, I received a call from the driver saying that he had to pick it up on Tuesday or else we would have to wait a couple weeks for the next truck. I contacted you about this and we came to some agreement about Wednesday. We prepped the car and waited all day Wednesday for the truck and it never came. Looking for alternatives because we had to leave for our flight the next day, we actually had the car picked up around 10am the next day, 2 hours before we left. The driver was really friendly and I really liked him. Delivery, though, was another mess. We expected it one night when he called saying he was just in Philadelphia. For some reason, though, the car didn't arrive til a day and a half later.
All told, though, the service was good. Much better than when I moved my car with a different company. They wouldn't even bring my car into the city and after hours of negotiating, I had to *run* 3 miles to meet them by a highway exit under the threat of them just taking my car with them.
