Graham did an excellent job of explaining the process to me and ensuring that my order was as smooth as possible. He was patient in answering my multitude of questions and was always available when called. I ended up paying a bit more than I would have liked, but at least I knew exactly what was going on and who my money was going to. The car was said to be on the road for 7-10 days and it came on the eve of the 7th day, dusty and bug riddled, but I guess that's to be expected of the trans-American journey.
