We were making arrangements as we drove up the East Coast in the car to be transported so it was difficult to pinpoint when the car would be ready to be picked up. It was very difficult to get in touch with Jeff and this was frustrating. However, once we arrived at our destination and the car was available, it was a very efficient process. The car was picked up within 3-4 days and was delivered a week later in California.
