SITUATION... you have a vehicle, you have just made plans to move, you have a new home on the other side of the country and an old home with parking available only for the new tenants, you are traveling by air to complete closing on the new home and the car refuses to drive itself. He found me a shipper 1 hour after our conversation and the shipper was right on time and delivered my van one day early. How much better could that be? Service like this is sadly not found too often and having been a corporate person in my life before retirement, I would have treasured him as a co-worker or an employee.
