My car was shipped on an open carrier. When it was delivered it was completely coated in grease, which I was told was from the hydraulics on the carrier (my car was on the bttom row right next to the suspension for the upper row) I was also told that was normal and the grease would just wash off with warm water. That was months ago and I still have the 'rainbow' effect on my car from the grease and it stained the front grillwork. I just wish I was told that this could happen when your car is parked in that particular spot and I would have put some kind of cover on my car.
