Graham was very thorough and helpful from the beginning and through the delivery. He started checking to see if the delivery was on time and in good condition as soon as the delivery window opened.
The scheduled pick up date was delayed three days, due to unforeseen circumstances with the delivery vehicle. However, I felt that the driver worked very hard to make up this delay by picking the car up on a Sunday and meeting the delivery window!
Overall, Graham was not only professional and friendly, but also very military friendly. His attentiveness and attention to detail enabled a long distance move to take place with no worries regarding our vehicle.
