I had a pretty good experience shipping my car from AZ to VA. Pickup was on time and the Delivery was on time too as promised. The costs involved were transparent too. The only thing I didn't like about AmeriFreight was that they didn't communicate well as much as I would have liked. I wanted to know the location of my car while it was getting shipped. I tried contacting Jeff at AmeriFreight and left him some voicemails but never heard anything back. I also contacted the carrier and got the driver's phone number. The driver never picked up my calls or returned any calls back until a day before it was supposed to be delivered. I didn't have any problems with the process. Just that I would have appreciated and given 5 stars if I was updated throughout the shipment.
