I had my car shipped from Birmingham, Alabama to Portland, Oregon. The carrier that picked up my car was very friendly, and had great customer service skills. He called me ever now and then to ensure me that my car was safe, and advise me of his locacation. I was very nervous to ship my car but, the carrier's great customer service ensured me that everything would be fine. Amerifreight, and the carrier did an awesome job.
The Amerifreight rep. Graham was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and had great customer service skills. I wanted to make sure that my car safely reached the West Coast in good condition. Graham explained the options, and the Amerifreight shippiment choices. It was an easy choice. It took approimately 7 days for my car to reach Oregon. There was no damages an everything overall was excellent. I would highly recommend Amerifreight to my friends, family strangers, and colleagues.
