I had never needed to transport a vehicle before and found the sheer volume of providers and reviews a bit overwhelming at first. I am a person who actually reads reviews by consumers for any product purchase or service needed above $200.00
Having said that, I dove into the reviews and concluded that, for me, Amerifreight was the solution I was looking for.
I requested a quote and was promptly contacted by Graham Turner. I then foolishly chose the cheaper option presented (although I did so as I was in no hurry). This had the same effect of fishing with no bait on your hook... no bites.
Graham was very good about discussing the realities of my choice with me so I fully understood the possible outcome...or lack thereof. With Grahams help I increased the amount of my bid twice more over the next couple of weeks. Again, with no success. In fairness, my point of origin was off the beaten path....
In response to the delay in pick up, Graham was so intent on making me a satisfied customer that he waived their fee and included that amount to my bid in order to get my vehicle moved. In this case, making the customer happy was more important than the almighty dollar.
For that reason alone, I would recommend Amerifreight. Not because they are in the business of doing things for free, because they certainly are not. But because they were willing to do whatever it took to create a very satisfied customer. Which I am!
A word of advice though. Ask for Graham Turner and follow his recommendations. If I ever have need of their services again, I will list my vehicle at the rate he advises, without question. He was very friendly and patient in spite of my amateurish efforts to save a few dollars which in the long run only created headaches for us both.
The transport itself was quicker than expected and the driver contacted me a few different times along the way to keep me informed of his progress. My vehicle was delivered without incident and only needed a quick wash due to inclement weather.
I am very happy with my choice to use Amerifreight and would do so again without hesitation.
