My dealings with AmeriFreight were outstanding from the beginning to the end of the job! I initially contacted AmeriFreight after reading positive reviews from various trusted websites. I was contacted almost immediately upon request of a quote and presented with very descriptive information on the process and what I could expect. My initial quote was approximately $1350, but I upgraded to a package (an additional $250) that provided more precise pickup and delivery windows due to the time constraints I had. I also alerted Graham to the need for a transport company that had experience handling exotic cars due to the drive height and width requirements and monetary value. He assured me that AmeriFreight only works with transport companies with 95+ ratings. Once the pickup window approached, I received an email with the name and contact information of the transport company. I called Graham to once again ensure the transport company's reputation and experience, and he personally broke down the process of how the transporter was chosen. This only added to my bode of confidence in that I chose the right company to handle the transportation of my prized possession. Finally, on the day I requested delivery (my car actually arrived a day early, but was still delivered upon my arrival at the airport), Graham called me to get my feedback on the experience and transport company.
As this was my first time having a car professionally transported despite traveling far distances as part of military moves in the past, I'm extremely happy that I chose AmeriFreight and am confident to recommend this company to others who want a professional and courteous experience. It was very nice to be able to go through all the final details of my relocation without having to worry about the transportation of my rare and collectible automobile!
