This was my 1st car transport experience. Jeff (agent) was very helpful, patience, and easy to reach. He explained everything to me in detail carefully. Coni (dispatcher) was also very helpful and responded accordingly.
The price was great compare with other companies. It was the 2nd lowest price. I didn't go with the lowest price because I heard that the lowest price normally won't move the car.
My 1st available date was 07/18. Pick up date was 07/26 and delivered date was 07/30 (sooner than I expected).
I had problem with the 1st carrier (company: CalTex Way; driver: Roy). He lied to me and made me drive 30 minutes to meet him. I had to cancel this deliver company. DO NOT go with CalTex Way and this driver.
Jeff and Coni found me another company right away and was very helpful. Second company was Valdi Transport. I had a little bit of problem with them but they delivered my car than promise.
Overall, customer service of Amerifreight is excellence. They were very easy to reach which was important to me. I would definitely go with them again.
In the end they also offered me another rebate for submitting review. I would say the same thing without the rebate. It just motivated me to do it.
