How can they be rated as one of the best companies on this website when they can barely function as a shipping company? The fact that BBB states them as having only 6 employes sounds about right because I must have spoken to all of them trying to get my car shipped and they all seemed to know the same thing, more so they all seemed to not know NOTHING.

First off I gave them an ample amount of time to get my order ready which would make it easier for them to process, in fact it was more than enough time, I contacted them TWO MONTHS in advance. I was met with a very courteous Jeff. He said that was more than enough time and that I would definitely be able to find a carrier because California is where all the truckers want to go. I double checked and asked him to make sure that I would have enough time with the economy rate because I would be leaving a week and a half after the first available date of pick up. He said of course that would be more than enough time. WRONG!!!

Then I called the third date after the available date in our contract to ask how it was coming along and also for a status, I was told my car was being listed and I should just wait unless I wanted to upgrade to a 2 day rate where would put it into a storage facility. But being that the contract said 5-7 business days I thought I could still wait it out since had some time. Days went by and nothing. I eventually called them on the sixth day because it was cutting it close and I had to leave in 4 days time. I upgraded the rate and paid more to have my car shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. I called on Monday to confirm the change as I didn't speak to my original shipper over the weekend and wanted to make sure everything was still going as planned. I called and the guy over e weekend apparently had put the shipment date for two weeks later, WTF?

Jeff said he would fix it and try to find someone right away, I was the emailed a couple of hours later that they had found a carrier but they would be shipping the day I would be moving. So I called the carrier and they said they were told I would not be shipping that Wednesday but actually the week AFTER. seriously?? I called Jeff again and asked him to talk to the carrier to see what was going on he said he would talk to the guy and call me right after. I DID NOT GET ANY CALL THAT NIGHT and actually had to call the next morning. I called the following morning an Jeff again said to leave it to him and call him in a couple of hours and everything would be done.

I called a few hours later only to learn that Jeff had left early for the day, REALLY?!?! Is that how you run a business? I called and demanded to speak to a manager because it just seemed as though I was just getting the run around. After 20 minutes of calling, waiting and re-calling I was finally put with Graham who is supposed to be the manager. He was also no help, said he would give me a discount and find me a carrier right away. Two hours later nothing again and I just called back and cancelled because is company can do nothing. They shouldn't even be a company because how can you not be able to process an order with at much time, who are you hiring. For all future customers I would definitely not use them!,
