Jeff... Oh my, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with the process of shipping my car. He answered every question (there were many), and was always available when I contacted him. This was especially important after my car was delivered. Customer service was past outstanding. Other companies should model their customer service after AmeriFreight. I called many companies before I spoke 2 Jeff, either they were very fast talkers or very dry and impatient with the questions I had. I ended up doing my research online instead of calling because I was very frustrated. One of the top transport companies were....u guessed it AmeriFreight. I feel lucky that I got Jeff as my representative because he was honest, he didn't try to sell me, and we even had a laugh or two. Thanks Jeff Wright and I mean that with all sincerity. You are great and it was such a pleasure to do business with you and the company you work for.
