I was kept in touch along the way of timing issues. The pickup was a bit later than I thought, but AmeriFreight had indicated a window of time, and kept me informed along the way.

Once the car was picked up, the driver had a flat on his car-carrier in Oklahoma City. But I was called, and subsequent calls from me to establish a precise time for pickup were promptly relayed to the driver. AmeriFreight could not control the flat, but I was informed of all delays.

I got my car in good condition, where I wanted it, in a timely manner.
