Horrible! They picked our car up right away and told us it would be here in 7-10 days. Then told us it would be here by the 10th day numerous times. After calling many times they told us it was going to be another 5 days. One person said it was late due to a tornado another person said it was because the car missed the pick up date and the carrier was too full. They lied to us from the start and are very rude and disrespectful. I would never ever use them again and I have no idea how they are still in buisness. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
