never again... poor quality companies

If I have to describe this experience in on e word I'd say, it sucks! Poor quality service, really bad organization and rude customer service!
I had to move from PA to CA and I was supposed to move on March but for other reasons I had to postpone by a month. So I called the companies (Fairway Auto Moving - Advance Logistic) to reschedule the date. They said “no problem, the pick up date is rescheduled…you are all set”.
One week before the moving date I call them to double check that everything was ok but apparently it was NOT because I had to schedule a NEW date!!!! By doing that, at the time of the payment (right before the delivery of my car) I had to argue with a rude girl at the customer service as well as with the brokers because they charged me almost $150 for the short notice pick up! Even if I called 20 days earlier, sending emails to confirm the rescheduling, they ignored me
In addition to that, the driver came one day later the scheduled day with 5 hours of delay and the delivery was again 24 hrs later the scheduled day.
