TERRIBLE COMPANY, DAMAGED MY CAR!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were terrible to deal with. I actually booked my transport through New World Auto Transport. They found these guys to do the transportation. They've tried to be helpful and get things taken care of but have not done so successfully. The guy who picked up my car said that he was arriving in PA a couple days before I was having the car delivered. Upon delivery, I noticed the car was damaged! It appeared that they took it for a joy ride. The rim was scratched almost all the way around on one of the back tires. The side panel popped out, and the guy who delivered it blamed it on the wind from when the car was on the carrier. This was a brand new 2011 BMW! Wind would not do that! The radio station settings were changed, the A/C was blasting, my sun roof was opened, my seat settings were reprogrammed, and the headlights were all different. Those changes are unnecessary if they're driving a short distance to put the car on and take it off of a carrier.
Taking care of repairs was/is terrible. They keep me on hold for forever. Different people keep picking up the phone, and I keep having to repeat myself, all within the span of maybe 5-10 minutes. They told me a guy was going to come out and fix the car and that I would not need to go to a dealership. Someone came, but they only fixed the rim. The side panel is still not fixed. I called them again, and they told me someone would give me a call right back. Two days later, still no response. I called them again myself, and now they're telling me I have to take my car to the dealership. They are nonresponsive, slow, and inconsistent with their information. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are the worst company you could choose!
