Bad idea

I decided to go with AmPm auto because the quote they gave me was cheaper and more reasonable as compared to the other companies. However, that was a bad idea. They kept telling me that they would schedule me soon and they would pick up my vehicle latest by Tuesday (it was thursday or friday when I placed my order with them). Then Tuesday comes and they tell me that their truck has broken down and they have no idea when they can come get my car. Basically, from the beginning to the end, they never officially scheduled me for a pick up date.

I decided to go with another company who also gave me a pretty reasonable quote and they scheduled me the day of me placing the order.

Ampm auto may have given me the cheaper quote but they wasted my time and now I have to pay more to rent a car while I am in cali. I should have just gone with the other company in the first place. The worst part was that they made me feel like they could make it work and I should just wait a little longer.
