- Paid the processing fee and another $300 directly to the driver for pickup on 8/1. Told the sales rep, Allen Jones, that I don't feel comfortable to pay an unknown person by Zelle but was told, "you're dealing with me and I'm here for you!". My mistake from the get-go.
- Called a few days earlier to confirm the pickup and was told "everything is good".
- Called again on 8/1 noon on the pickup and was told the driver couldn't make it. Eventually found another driver and the car was pickup 7:30 in the evening.
- Allen Jones promised to return the $300 that was paid to the initial driver but never came through (today is 8/22) after almost daily calls with begging. And now he just refused to answer my calls.
They may be a bit cheaper than other companies, but I would never recommend them due to their lack of honesty and professionalism.
