I scheduled pick up of my Studebaker Golden Hawk 'sight unseen', and didn't know that the brakes were not just 'needing work' but absolutely non-functional. Or that 'running' really meant 'could probably be started with a day's work and effort".... So, standard trailer would no longer work. Mike was cool about the whole thing, worked to get another trailer scheduled that had a winch for non-functional vehicle, etc... The driver Paul, was very helpful and careful, and worked with my son and I for half an hour to get the beast up our driveway and into the garage. Overall, I am very pleased with Alpine and the exceptional service and willingness to work with an awkward situation. Thanks !!!!!
