Overall Good Experience/Would use again

The only negative response I have is that my car was picked up a lot earlier than I wanted it to be, however I understood the reason considering it was right before Christmas. Overall the experience was simple and easy. I wasn't able to pick up my car in Phoenix until almost 3 weeks after it was picked up from its pick up location due to health issues, but arrangements were made by the driver to have my car stored (at no additional cost) in a secured area. Dave at Alpine was friendly, helpful and also followed up with me on many occassions to make sure things went smoothly. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Denise, Thanks for taking the time to leave the 5 Star Review, I really appreciate it! Yes it can be tough meeting everyone's specific schedule during the Christmas Holiday. I'm glad you were understanding of that as I explained when we scheduled transport. I'm so pleased we were able to hold your Mercedes while you were ill at no charge until you could get out to Phoenix. It was no problem to stay in contact with you and the driver until you were feeling better and could take delivery. I hope you enjoy Phoenix while there on business.
