When I went looking for a transport company, there were a lot of warnings about different things. If you have never used a transport company before it can be a little intimidating because you do not want to choose the wrong company but you want to make sure the price is right because you absolutely get what you paid for, but with this company I did not get what I paid for I got more than what I paid for. The professionalism alone was incredible. I've worked in the customer service industry and I know it is not easy at times but this company went above and beyond to explain and make sure that I was comfortable and understood whatever I needed to know. Dave was excellent!! I mean this man provided his cell phone number if I needed anything. I did not call but I know if it was me I would not want to provide a customer with my cell phone number. Even at the last minute of my transport I had to change the address of my delivery and they handled it beautifully. I would recommend this company to anyone. They definitely deserved the A+ rating from the BBB!
