I'm no stranger to shipping vehicles. This was my 5 time shipping one, and my first time using ALPINE. I can happily say they'll be my go-to guys for any further shipments. I know better to go to broker because they could care less about your car and just want to book you, get paid, and move on to the next one. When Dave first contacted me, I knew I would do business with him. He took his time talking with me. He seemed really relaxed, which put me at ease. He didnt sound like a crazy broker that gives you the quote and tries to book you immediately or rushes you off the phone if they can tell you're still looking at your options. Dave was patient, kind and honest. I was shipping my SUV last minute and he told me that he didn't have anyone from his own line to ship it within the time frame I needed. He said he would make a call to a reliable driver he knew, and boy was I glad he did. His contact was legitimate and told me the driver could pick it up Tuesday May 8 in CA and could have it in my destination (MS) no later than that Friday May 11. Companies usually ask for a 7-10 day window, so this blew me away! My driver Jason came on time and he was just as nice as Dave (perhaps its the southern hospitality). He said he would have it in MS Friday morning or Thursday night. I got a call Thursday from him saying he was ready to drop off the car. I couldn't believe...My friend picked up my car and my shipment/transaction was complete. I made my reservation May 6th; my car was picked up May 8th; and my car was dropped off May 10th. This alone has made me a loyal customer lol. When Dave said he would do something he did it. He was easily accessible. He called when he said he would; emailed me just to remind me he was there for any questions; called me after my car was shipped just ensure everything went as planned, and to thank me for choosing Alpine. It was hassle-free smooth service on both ends. I couldn't of asked for it to go any smoother. Not only did I get lucky with a last minute shipment, but lucky with reliable, quality service. The price was very reasonable (considering the ridiculous price of gas) and honestly worth every penny (plus I hate driving). Most importantly the service gave me peace of mind-I was trusting them with my car for goodness sake! I'm one of those people that believe you get what you pay for....and between the great service and fast shipment, I might have gotten more than what I paid for this time.
