SHIP WITH ALPINE - GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We were totally satisfied with all aspects of the service of Alpine Transporter, Inc. Dave Fountain was helpful from the very beginning of our search for the right carrier of our unusual ratrod truck. He understood the importance of hiring the right shipper that had experience with vehicles with minimal ground clearance (only 4 inches!). He could have shipped our truck with another driver, but he told us that he knew that this one driver, in particular, had experience with this sort of vehicle and was trustworthy. Dave was upfront, answered all our questions and was ALWAYS available when we called. Even when the vehicle was being delivered a couple days ahead of schedule, at 10 pm at night, Dave answered the phone, was in touch with the driver and even took care of specific directions for the helping in the delivery to our driveway, was our area had been hard hit by flooding recently. Alpine Trasporter Inc was professional but still personal. Our truck arrived early, with no damage and the drivers took their time helping unload, helping us check the vehicle (they took photos on a phone to show the condition at pick-up) and answering any questions. I have had cars shipped time to time, but now that we have had this experience with Alpine Tranporters, Inc, I will definitely choose them above anyone else. No worries when you choose them. Dave was sincerely concerned that we would be completely comfortable with everything that was happening. There was no rushing me to make a decision. I could go on for a long while saying good things about the service....my experience was excellent and I would and will recommend Alpine to all my car friends.
