I contacted Allstars Auto Transport because they were one of the lowest quotes online, after contacting them I gave them a 150 dollar deposit to ship my car. I did this about one month in advance to be sure it went as planned, I am in the military and needed to be at my new unit on time. They did not contact me until 1 day before the pickup date (even after calling them the whole week before) and they told me that it would picked up a day late, not a big deal. Then the next day they said most likely it will be picked up 2 days late, a little annoyed but still not too big of a deal. Then after no call for a couple of days even after me calling and leaving messages they finally called me and told me that maybe later in the week. I waited all week and to this day (one month later) they still have not contacted me. Worst customer service I have ever had, they never picked up my calls or returned my email or messages. To break it down do not go through this company, they will low ball the price and then no one will pick up your car. Thank you for listening and I hope you take this advice to heart, I wish someone had told me.
