We apologize for any miscommunication but, we never charged any fees until the customer agreed to the cost that the driver requested. We spoke to several people involved in this order Andy was the original person who requested the quote but not the owner of the car. Michelle the person paying for everything, and owner of the vehicle was the person who agreed to pay $200 more because of the small pickup window. We always ask for a 48 hour pick up window excluding Sunday. Michelle had requested pickup be on July 28th after 4pm or anytime on July 29th. We found a trucking company to pick up the car in the requested window and the customer agreed it was worth the extra cost. We told Michelle if she had more time, we could find another driver, but she decided that it was worth the money to have her vehicle picked up when she wanted. Andy's email was on file as well as Michelle so they both received a copy of the receipt after we contracted the trucking company. Once again, we apologize for any misunderstandings.
