The service from this company is thorough, accommodating, and always polite. Furthermore, they chose to honor their quote without any attempt to raise my cost when the shipping price changed. They provide a personal experience in the otherwise impersonal business of transportation. My calls, requests, and questions were always welcomed and addressed.
