Michael we apologize for the misunderstanding. As a broker, we try our best to get the job done for the best possible price. We had a driver contact us last week interested in picking up your vehicle. Once we were able to speak with you, we explained your location on delivery (Lubbock, TX) was very off route for this driver. Because of this, the driver was asking for 50 dollars more on delivery, which at the time, you said was fine. It wasn’t until we requested a credit card to process the deposit that you became upset. You stated you wanted to pay everything to the driver on delivery and we explained that was not how our process works. After further conversation, you decided to give us the credit card to book the carrier for the agreed upon price of $1000 (Original Quote $950) with this company. 17 minutes later, you emailed us to cancel the order and that you had contacted your bank to dispute the payment. We responded immediately letting you know nothing was charged and that there was nothing to dispute nor any reason to cancel your credit card. Unfortunately we are not right 100% of the time, however, we work very hard and we tried everything to help you. We understand you are frustrated because you went with a different broker who has failed to find a driver and still hasn’t gotten your car picked up. That is not our fault. We had a driver that wanted to pick up your vehicle on July 13th. We will still help if you need but to call our company a scam is uncalled for. We had a driver within 48 hours of the original booking and didn’t charge you anything for the work. Your words are very misleading.
