Our customer specifically stated the pick up had to be made before 5:00 and the dimensions. Air Alliance sent a van with no capabilities to pick up a 7Ftx7FTxaFt crate. Several hours later (after we closed) they sent the correct size truck. Sad that their driver stated they knew originally that they could not be here on time and knew that the first vehicle was too small.
Again today our customer scheduled them for another pick up. Our customer stated up front that we closed at 4:30p.m. Knowing the problems encountered last week, we phoned them and found the truck was not even scheduled to be here until 6 p.m. Why would they tell their customer that they could be here when they knew they could not be here?
Very poor customer service. Very Dishonest. Would not recommend them to anyone.
