Unfortunately we disagree with this review. We are upfront from the very beginning about all of our policies. Late cancellations and exclusivity is not something we hide from our customers. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours. Exclusivity is important in order for our carrier to avoid wasting time and resources for a non existent customer. These rules are understandable. They exist to protect all parties. Thank you for considering AAL.
