The original firm (Autoline transport) which I paid in full, up front, failed to pick up my vehicle on the designated date and then were uncontactable when I started to try and find out what was going on. They never responded to any of my emails and frantic calls or called me to advise of the status even after a few days had past. LUCKILY I FOUND ALLEGIANT. They helped me contact the original carrier and without prejudice went about getting my car properly taken care of. The carrier turned up on time at the pick up location and arrived on time for drop off. The driver was polite and courteous and the car in pristine condition on arrival. The personal service given by the staff at Allegiant was exceptional. I advise anyone transporting their car don't fall into the trap that I did. Call Allegiant first. Their rates are on point and you can TRUST and RELY on them. I give them an A rating and could not recommend them more highly!
