My favorite phrase in customer service would be "ease of use" and my experience with Allegiant has been just that. Fri 12:00 pm my boss says "I would like to ship my Audi to Detroit" Fri 3:00 pm Audi picked up in Ft., Lauderdale Tue Audi arrives in Detroit! Viola! A few emails, a few notes. And that was it. Simple Easy & Quick!
