This is the kind of ongoing nightmare I wish no one will have to go through. You pay for a service on the basis of a set of understandings and agreements only to find out that the other side has no sense of ethics in business. This company Allegiance Auto Shipping will say anything to win a deal but will deliver on nothing, absolutely nothing. Worse, they fabricate unbelievable stories and a car can even go missing. We accepted a deal with Allegiance on the basis that 1) the car stays in the same truck, 2) the carrier drives during the holdidays, 3) the date of delivery is no later than 12/1 (not an estimate but a firm date as I have to tarvel on 12/2.) The actual turns of events is as follows: the car didn't stay on the same truck, the driver didn't drive during the holidays and the car has gone missing! The carrier sheet as sent by Allegiance shows a phone number for a carrier called Quality Transport as 661 251 2424. That number has been disconnected long ago so no way to get in touch with the carrier. Allegiance and their carrier claim that the car was picked up on 11/28 when the bill of lading and pictures show 11/25. To try to counter the growing problem, they invented a set of stories that the truck showed 3 times to the address to pick up the car etc and only picked up the car on 11/28! the fact was that no address was ever decided on to pick up until 2 hours before the 11/25 pick up! Obvioulsy, we understand that Allegiance has to invent a number of storeis to try and dispute our claims. In addition, Allegiance decliend to send a copy of the insurance of the carrier. The Police seems to support the theory that the car was picked by another carrier (not Quality Transport)...as of now, we have no clue or information on who has the car, where it is and what the arrival date is. Allegiance refuses to respond to our calls and emails and we don't have the contact info for the carrier. What adds on to the gravity of this situation is that Allegiance's personnel Caroline, Anthony and Adi all take a hostile attitude: "not our fault." I regret that firms like Allegiance continue to give a bad rap to the industry. Please do your homework and don't take the word or promise of the sales rep. The costomer service and dispatch will take on and will IGNORE you or any deal you made with the sales rep.

Mr. Johan Rizki, we will make this response short and to the point. We scheduled a driver to pick up your vehicle between the dates of 11.24 - 11.25. When the driver called the dealership to schedule the pick up time they refused to release the car stating that the car was to be shipped only on an enclosed carrier. As you know and as stated on your contract, you paid for transport using an open carrier, not enclosed. The same carrier tried again later that day and when he arrived at the pick up location, there were two other carriers already there to pick up your vehicle. We at no point misrepresented any information given to you. The only reason your vehicle was not picked up by the date we agreed on is because your pick up contact did not release the car. You keep claiming that your car is missing and "stolen" however we have spoken to Fred from Quality Transport several times today to confirm the whereabouts of the car and we have confirmation that you have as well. As explained to you on many occassions today, your vehicle is in transit. It is now very clear that you are trying to fabricate a story in order to take out your frustrations on the mistakes that your "people" (as you call them) have made.
