Allegiance gave my car to G.D. Logistics of Homestead, FL, whose owner speaks brokenn English and runs thetrucks from her personal cellphone. The driver acknowledged the damage to the side of my 5 month old 2009 Jaguar XF and admitted they had gotten grease on the (white) carpeting and leather interior.

The owner said to fax the repair estimate from Jaguar and said she didn't want to file a claim but would pay me directly. After several weeks of calling her to no avail, I called Allegiance customer service which gave me a name they said was GD Logistics' insurance company; however that companydoesn't acknowlege covering GD Logistics. Therefore, Allegiance esssentially violated my right to have bona fide coverage of my car.

I asked to speak with the owner of Allegiance and was told to email "Elle" which I did several times, even notifying her that I would post this complaint. I received no answer.

I have notified my insurance carrier of this situation and they are pursuing the matter. I am investigating filing in Florida small claims court.

How Allegiance got 4 "stars" eludes me but there are plenty of others with 5 stars. Caveat emptor!

Mrs. Lorraine Scarpa`s vehicle was picked up on April 16 and delivered on April 22. She contacted us on June 8th to report damage to her vehicle. Although months had passed since the delivery of her vehicle, we were very willing to try and help her resolve her issue. We asked Mrs. Scarpa to send us a copy of her signed Bill of Lading, repair estimates as well as pictures of the reported damage. After that we never heard from Mrs. Scarpa again. She did not call us or answer our calls. We were very willing to try and help Mrs. Scarpa with her claim against the carrier however, she did not send over any of the necessary documentation in order for us to file a claim with the carrier`s insurance company. We did however provide Mrs. Scarpa with the insurance information for the carrier in case she chose to speak with them herself.
