With customer service as our main goal, we strive to keep in constant communication with all of our customers throughout the moving process. This specific customer was transporting her car from a remote area in Pennsylvania that was not at all close to any major routes. When we received word from the drivers that the pick up would take a little longer than expected, our customer service team immediately contacted Sri to inform her of the delay and even offered to refund her payment if she decided to make other arrangements. Sri requested that we continue with the order and so we did. The vehicle was picked up shortly there after and delivered in a timely manner.
