Worst tranporter ever extort money

Here my painful story with this shipper.

I ordered my car shipment with invoice 64137-NQ from AR to CA like 2 weeks before on Jan 16th.
We have a contract done for 650$ with pick up address and delivery address as CA. Sales agent name is Sean. We called them many times for the confirmation, they said everything fine. We will get the car Picked up on Feb 1st or 2nd no problem.

This guys quoted less price and insurance blah blah. I trusted them. Feb 1st and 2 nd week end, I called them 25 times, no one answered the phone.

Feb 3rd morning, they called me and said 1k$ more, otherwise we can not ship the car. They waited till last minute to extort the money. This guys are a complete fraud.

I am taking a legal action against this company for all the head ache and torture I went through. I am fine paying bit more for a trust worthy vendor than paying for this vendor and your car will be never picked up.

I have the recorded conversation and invoice everything this vendor does. I do not want another customer to suffer like me because of this fraud vendor. I am fine with losing money from this vendor. But trust me my flight is tomorrow, I have to reschedule everything because of this fraud company. Moving is always a pain and this company will make your life miserable. Do not ever ship with them even if they your car shipping for free.
