this company is terrible, i strongly advise people to look elsewhere. i went round and round with Mike and also customer service for almost 3 weeks AFTER i paid my deposit and my car is still sitting in my shop. i was told by mike that "i will call you back in 20 minutes after i talk to dispatch to let you know about your move" this happened SIX times, yes six and i never got one call back. so i decided to try to deal with customer service and again i was told the exact same thing from someone other than Mike. I'm assuming in there weekly meetings this is what the Boss tells them to say to customers that have already placed a deposit. prior to the deposit i put down, everyone at the company was willing to help and call me back about questions and concerns. after the 3 weeks of trying to get them to pick up the car i just gave up and asked for a refund on the deposit. then i was informed that in the contract it says "the deposit is non refundable" this is BS i thought to my self. so i asked the lady i was talking to "what about 2 paragraphs down in the contract, where it says the vehicle will be picked up within 7 working days." she just replied "it still is a non refundable deposit" this company is a scam in my opinion. BEWARE!!!!
