The day I called to set this up was the day they picked up the car; no kidding it all happened in about 10 hours. As a broker, this company uses a data base that carriers can have access to. They had a carrier with a spot that day, (Friday) but I set it up for a Monday pickup and they in turn notified the carrier. Availability to the warehouse became an issue on Monday so I called back to change it to that very day; well they did it. I'm sure the original carrier was not pleased with the loss of the haul. My point is that the folks at All States provided me the service that I asked for without hesitation. That goes a long way with me.
