Vanessa was very accommodating and worked with us and the body repair shop in coordinating the pickup and delivery of our car. The company came highly recommended by the Audi dealer in Tampa and we had complete faith in them that the car would be delivered in good condition, which it was. The driver kept in touch with us by phone during his trip north, which was very helpful. We certainly hope we are never in this situation again, but if we are, we would definitely use this company.
