I spoke with was Claire Smith. I explained to her I wanted my car transported from KS to GA. However the car couldn’t be picked up until 5/27/13 and could not arrive in GA until 6/3/13 because I wouldn’t be in GA until that date. She said “no problem” everything will be fine I will put it in the notes. My first quote was for $525. Ok Great! No problem so I thought! Then 1 week later Claire calls me back stating she had a drive but he wanted $150 more. I told her NO the amount we agreed on was $525 and I wasn’t paying anymore. She said due to gas prices the driver wanted more money. Nowhere in my contract does it state that the original quote could go up or down based on gas prices or the driver. I spoke with Claire supervisor who told me her name was Kesha she said she would try to get the price lowered and call me back. Kesha calls me back 5 days later (it’s now 5/28/13) stating she has a driver ready for pickup today. I spoke with driver Rick who told me I needed to be available for drop-off no later than 5/30/13 I told him no it wasn’t possible I can’t be in GA until 6/3/13 just as I had previously told Claire when I booked with this company. He said that wouldn’t work for him and would be able to transport. I told him I would call him back if anything changed on my end. END OF CALL. Next thing I know ALL STATE has charged my MasterCard $175 stating that had a driver. I called the company and asked for the owner or someone higher than Kesha. I then spoke with a lady named MICHELLE she told me she was the owner of the company. I explained the issue and asked for a refund because in fact I did not have a driver. She told me NO REFUNDS! She will find a new driver. I told her no; at this point I just want my money back. She refused stated she could cancel but would not refund my $175.00.

after i posted this review and filed a complaint with the BBB a lady called me who told me she was the owner of the business which i knew was a lie because this is the same lady who i spoke with before who said her name was Michelle. i knew this because she has a strong Jamaican/African accent. She called to tell me never call the business again they are not refunding my money and are upset that i filed a complaint then hung up on me. I'm currently seeking legal advice. It's not about the money its the principal this company is rude and VERY unprofessional in business but they are PROFESSIONAL CRIMINALS... GOOGLE ONE THE OWNERS NAME AND A MUGSHOT FOR THEFT WILL COME UP!!!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN BEFORE HAND!!! IM DISPUTING THE CHARGE ON MY CARD

In response to the complaint filed by Ms. Kemira Moultrie: Ms. Moultrie was contacted by one of our previous employees, Claire Smith, and was given a quote to transport her vehicle from Kansas to Georgia on 5/13/2013. At that time, Claire explained to Ms. Moultrie that a deposit of $175 would not be charged to her credit card until we have found a driver to pick her car. Ms. Moultrie agreed to the deposit terms and provided us with her credit card information. We immediately began to work on her account, contacting several transportation companies see if they can help with this route. As a broker it is our responsibility to provide the customer with any and all offers or additional request made by the transport companies we contact. Clair called Ms. Moultrie and informed her that we had several companies that could meet her requirements but were requesting additional funds. Ms. Moultrie refused so we continued to look for a driver at the original quote. Our dispatcher Kisha found a driver available to pick up the unit for the agreed upon amount and scheduled with his company. At this time, per the contract signed by Ms. Moultrie, our company charged her the agreed upon deposit of $175. The driver contacted Ms. Moultrie and explained he will be able to pick up her car on the desired date 5/28/2013 and could deliver the unit on 5/31 as per the driver he had just spoken with Ms. Moultrie via phone call and they agreed that Ms. Moultrie would attempt to find someone to meet with the driver for the 5/31. Ms. Moultrie later called our office in a vulgar rant, using profane language and screaming at Kisha with claims that she was not satisfied with the driver and refused to work. Kisha transfer the call to Michelle that explained that she would continue to look for a driver that will accommodate her need, Ms. Moultrie insist that she went to cancel and get her deposit back .. Michelle explained to Ms. Moultrie that per our contract with her, the deposit was non-refundable but that we would gladly find a new driver for her so that she does not lose out on her deposit and her vehicle is still transported on her desired date. Ms. Moultrie was concerned about the price changing and Michelle assured her that she will maintain the agreed upon price. Michelle contacted Ms. Moultrie the following day, 5/29, and told her we have found another driver to pick up the unit on Tuesday 6/4 and deliver on 6/5 she told Michelle she need to check with her husband and will call us back . Today we were made aware that Ms. Moultrie had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Michelle contacted Ms. Moultrie and explained that we understand she would no longer like to work with our company and that her account with our company was now closed. We also explained that the matter was now left to the BBB since we were unable to reach an agreement, Ms. Moultrie again became extremely irate and began threatening Michelle and our company using her status as a federal agent. Michelle ended the phone call immediately as our employees are not subject to verbal harassment. Ms. Moultrie called our office several times harassing all of the staff and being completely irrational. She was explained several times that we would no longer tolerate her harassment and would not be working with her. We explained to Ms. Moultrie that we would appreciate if she would cease from contacting our company and harassing our staff. Let me clear out your last comment I am Danit Michelle Brodny I’m from Israel and a united state citizen I am the owner of All States Car Transport there is no MUGSHOT of me any where I was never arrested in my life. We have a contract we have a driver you just try to go behind our back and use the carrier without paying the broker fee, that’s way we have a contract to cover us there is not place in the contract that you request deliver after 6/3/2013 only first available 5/27/13, we have a dispatch sheet show your car was dispatch driver did call you I also find you other driver for pick up on 6/4 and deliver 6/5 you say you will talk to your husband and will call me back never heard from you instead got a complained on BBB.
