I had numerous quotes to transport my car. Some were higher and some lower and it was difficult deciding since I had never shipped a car before. I chose All States pretty much by chance. Reading the reviews of those who were completely dissatisfied makes it hard to decide but since those I read all made it sound as if they were on a deadline, and I was not, I ignored those and went with the company.
Jean told me it would take a couple of days to get some responses and since I was not in a hurry that did not affect my decision. Within a couple of hours he had someone who would transport the car but it turned out the winch on their truck had just broken and wanted extra money. I called Jean and he cancelled that carrier and waited for another call. Again, within an hour another person had claimed they would transport the car as is, it wasn't running, and sure enough they showed up on time and arrived here less than a week after picking up that car. The driver helped me get it into the garage and was also very nice.
All in all the experience was quick and painless fast and worth the money. If I need to ship another car in the future I would not hesitate to call Jean for help.
