Misleading Salesman, Nasty Dispatcher

I was led to believe my vehicle would be picked up in a couple of days, After many messages to the salesman, with no call backs, two calls to the dispatcher, 10 days of being held hostage by this company, I finally drove 9 hours and hauled my vehicle home myself. And by the way, I did get 1 call back, and I was told they had someone that would pick up my vehicle for $400.00 instead of the $285.00 I was quoted. I told them "NO THANKS that was not our agreement!
