I had never used a transport company before, but after thoroughly examining reviews I decided to go with these guys. The transport was scheduled at a convenient time and they took my car 1800 miles in 3 days. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars is that the car had to be taken to my parents place in Minneapolis, rather than my new place in Rochester. However, since I had to visit them anyway, it was really no problem. As far as I can tell, my car arrived in the same condition I gave it to them. They picked up outside my condo complex, and dropped off at my parents front door.
