Verbally Harrassed by Kat

Currently sitting here with a Range Rover that was suppose to be shipped today, still packed up, rental car sitting next to it, as no truck ever showed up. Initial quote given to me was $700, no response on that quote. Kat was initially friendly and helpful (although sounded absolutely crazy and unprofessional on the phone every single time). I agreed to take a quote of $900, submitted all necessary paper work, took a day off work (yesterday) to get everything ready for the scheduled pick up of today. Called Kat yesterday evening, left a message to get the time of pick up, never heard back. This morning I called Kat at 8:30am and was verbally harassed for waking her up. I quote "HOW DARE YOU WAKE ME UP, IT IS 8:30 IN THE MORNING, I'M STILL IN BED, I NEED SLEEP, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, YOUR CAR ISN'T EVEN BEING SHIPPED UNTIL THURSDAY!" I proceeded to explain to her that today was in fact Thursday and I was so sorry to wake her, but just needed to get the driver's information so I could plan my day accordingly (aka, go to work). She left me an absolutely insane voicemail (still saved on my phone) stating if I wanted the information about the driver (as if I didn't, how else could I get a hold of him/her?!?) I should have called her last night and yelled at me again for waking her up this morning. If I wanted another harrasing phone call, I'd call to let her know I did call her yesterday and left a voicemail which she never responded to. (Nevermind the fact that all week her computer has been broken and I've had to do twice the work to get the papers sent everywhere since she was unable to do it from her "home office.") I e-mailed "DANIT" this morning to let him/her know what had happened and got no response back. A few hours later I spoke with a very pleasant woman by the name of Diane, that informed me that the driver who was suppose to take my car, was actually booked and my car would not be picked up as previously scheduled. She stated that my paperwork had not been handled correctly (I had e-mailed it to both Kat...w/broken computer...and Danit yesterday). She was kind and apologized for how I was treated and has assured me they will fix the situation. I have faith that they will be able to take care of this mess. I will be more than happy to update this review if/when ALLSTATESCARTRANSPORT meets their end of the deal.

UPDATE: The saga continues...so Diane called me back (she was always very nice and pleasant) and told me they could have my car delivered 3 days after the intended delivery date. I told her that for the past few weeks I had been working with Kat to deliver no later than April 20th, and couldn't do that. After reading more reviews (which is what I should have done in the first place) I found PARKER TRUCKING (Joanne Parker) who I called and in LESS THAN 1 HOUR got back to me with a driver who would pick up my car and deliver it 2 days early for the same price!!! I called All States to be kind and let them know I wouldn't need their services (as I didn't want Diane to keep working on it for the rest of the day if I was going to use some one else) and I was told by a "SUPERVISOR" they were still going to charge me! After they no-showed on a scheduled pick up today, had to listen to the insanity of Kat (voice mail still saved) I am and continue to be appalled by the lack of professionalism by this company. Their excuse..."well initially you said we could have until the 17th to pick up the car and it's before the 17th." My response "are you kidding me, after I am harassed by one of your employees, after you fail to pick up my car, after I rent a car and pay for the weeks rental, take a day off work to prepare for you to no show, you want me to pay?! NOT A CENT!" Can't wait to take this company to court if they attempt to charge my card.

IN SUMMARY, USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU'D LIKE TO DEAL WITH SANE, RELIABLE and PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS. IF YOU WANT A LOW QUOTE, ONLY TO HAVE IT INCREASED (which granted is expected from a low quote) AND THEN BE LEFT IN A MESS AND HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY ANYWAY, then look no further :).

First of all I would like to apologize for what happen between you and Kat. We have taken care of the issue with Kat. On 4/10/2012 at 2:07 pm we contacted you to let you know we had a driver for pick up on 4/12/2012. We needed new paperwork and you did not send it until 04/11/2012 at 11:55 am by that time the driver had filled up his truck. We understand your frustration with Kat but we did do our job and located a driver for you. In this industry we can not guarantee delivery dates because of things that happen on the road that are out of our control. We do our best to satisfy all of our customers so again I apologize.
