This by far has been worst service I have ever had the to contend with. This company can refute this review all they want, but these are the facts. signed a contract with All states transport on 1/27/2012 and gave them my requirements for my move on 2/11. A week goes by and I hear absolutely nothing. I had to CALL THEM on 2/3 to inquire why I have not heard anything and a rep informs me that my car is set to be picked on on 2/6 and I would receive a call from the trucking company over the weekend. So the weekend goes by and NO CALL. I had to CALL THEM on 2/6 to once again ask what is the situation and I am then told the trucking company could not pick up, So I had to explain again that I am leaving on 2/11 and need the car picked up before I departed. So I had to CALL THEM constantly during the week to get some form of update as my depart date was nearing and I am then informed to offer more money to get a carrier. So I did and at a later time I am told that 2/13 would be the date, now that is 2 days after I am already gone!!!. So now I have to make alternative plans to off load my car to family to help. Well 2/13 comes and I told that they cant pick it up on 2/13, maybe 2/14, well 2/14 comes and goes and now told 2/15...so finally on 2/15 @ 9PM! they show to pick up the car and it was delivered on 2/21 @11pm!. I have had to endure hundreds of dollars to keep a rental car longer due to this poor service and their broker fee is being disputed with my CC company. I would NEVER, REPEAT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

In respond to your review I would like to first apologize in behalf of the carrier. Our dispatch department was in contact with you on a daily basic. On 2/8/2012 our dispatch department gave you an option of dropping off your vehicle in a terminal near your pick up location. You did not agree to that so we located another driver for you. Us as brokers we try every need necessary to have our customer vehicles pick up within their 7 business days. This is what our records show: 1st Avail. Pickup: 02/06/12 Date Signed: 02/08/12 Dispatched: 02/08/12 Load Estimated: 02/13/12 Delivery Estimated: 02/20/12. As you can see we were in our 7 business days from your first available pick date to locate a driver. We were NEVER notified that the driver did not pickup your vehicle on 02/13/2012. The last conversation that our dispatch department had with you was on 02/08/2012. If you had notified us we could have worked something out with the driver for you. As you can see the delivery date was suppose to be on 02/20/2012, the driver was one date late. So I am confused on how you endure hundreds of dollars on a rental car. When you placed your order we gave you a $25.00 discount, as well as another $25.00 dollar discount when we were unable to get your vehicle picked up on 02/06/2012. We did our job correctly and as promised. You can dispute the charges with your credit card, we have all documentations that show we rendered our services and never breached our contract with you. We strive in our services and our very proud of our great reputation. In this industry things happen that unfortunately we have no control over of especially when the drivers on the road.
