Promised delivery by January 7th if sign contract by 3rd and pickup by 4th. Agreed to price and carrier picked up car promptly on fourth to arrive in Hollywood Florida on 7th. No discussion about date with carrier but after the 7th passed without call we find out that All States never cared about my need on the seventh just cared about placing car with transport. Dave from D & L who is a very good guy told me that he contracted with All States Car Transport for a delivery date within 2 days of January 9th. Making a special effort to deliver tomorrow the 10th. Absolute bold face liar just trying to pick my pocket of $175. Contract won't guarantee delivery date because of mechanical, acts of God and the such, but, straight out deception on delivery. All States contracted with the first person to see the carriage opportunity and mislead me completely. Awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Miller, I apologize for the miscommunication. As I told you when we spoke on the phone a few minutes ago, we had 2 drivers call in on your order. One was for pick up on the 3rd or 4th deliver in 3-4 days (7th or 8th) and D&L with pick up on the 3rd or 4th and delivery on Monday. Both called in 3 minutes after placing you on the national board (12:13pm- -1/3/12) We received your order form at 12:37pm and it was not completely signed so we had to wait an hour until until you sent in your signed form to dispatch your vehicle. By the time that we dispatched the vehicle to the driver that Tania notified you about for delivery for the 7th or 8th, the truck was filled and we had to go with the second carrier. Unfortunately. the drivers take their loads on a first come first serve basis. We can't guarantee you a specific delivery or pick up time due to weather and road conditions. This is why we always ask our customers for at least a 72 hour window on both ends.As you can tell from previous reviews, we are very diligent with our customers and take each order personal. We do our best to keep our customers satisfied. You asked for a refund of $75 to remove this review because we were a day late. We will not honor such request. We do ask for a 72 hour window for both pick up and delivery. We apologize that you feel that you were lied to but our services we satisfactory per terms and conditions accepted by you in writing .
