We are truly sorry that you had a bad experience with our representative. I assure you that we thrive to provide all our customers with the best customer service. When the representative called you and told you about a driver that we had interested in your load for more, it was just an offer. You were by no means obligated to take that carrier. We always inform our customers when there is a carrier that is interested in their load, weather it be for the quoted price or a little more. Would you have called in to our toll free number 1-877-320-2758 and asked to speak with a manager, I would of personally taken care of your order. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and should you need anything in the future, you have my direct information.
